Dairy Women Ireland is powered by a passionate team of women from every corner of the dairy sector. Since launching in 2021, we’ve spent the past four years building a vibrant national network where women can connect, learn, and find the support they need to thrive on and off the farm!
In that time, we’ve hosted events and workshops right across the country, creating spaces where ideas are shared, confidence grows, and friendships form.
Our mission is to empower and connect women in the dairy industry through education, collaboration, and community — helping each member turn challenges into opportunities and create lasting impact.

Flexibility
We know that juggling work & family life can be hard, so we run a mix of online and in person events to suit our members. Late getting to a zoom? We record them & send you a link direct to your email so you don’t miss out.
Education
We know how hard it is to physically leave the home, yard or the office to get to an event, so our goal is that everyone who takes time to attend one of our events, takes away at least 3 key learnings they can apply to their own business or farm yard.
Networking
Our network is for everyone, no matter how involved you are in your dairy business. Whether you’re standing in a gap – getting to know the ropes or planning your retirement & focusing on succession, there’s something for everyone!
